Marathi Kachori™ was created with one mission — authentic Maharashtrian flavours, zero shortcuts, served fresh daily. Founded by Geetanjali Srivastava in Ashiyana, every kachori is hand-crafted with traditional recipes passed down through generations.

What started as a passion project quickly became Lucknow's most-loved Maharashtrian cloud kitchen. We use no preservatives, no artificial colours — just fresh ingredients, clean oil changed daily, and hand-ground masalas.
